This depends on your package. Basic gets 12 posts a month, Standard gets 16, and Premium gets 20 plus active engagement. We’ll agree a posting schedule with you in advance so you always know what’s going out, and when.
Yes — every post is shared in a monthly content calendar for your approval before anything goes live. You can request edits, swaps or new ideas at any point.
Yes. You’ll work with one named account manager from day one — no call-centre handoffs, no ticket queues. Reply to an email or WhatsApp message and you’ll hear back from the same person.

Yes — community management is included on Standard and Premium packages. We’ll respond to comments, DMs and tagged mentions in your brand voice, and escalate anything sensitive (complaints, partnership enquiries, press) straight to you.
You’ll get a monthly performance report covering reach, engagement, follower growth and top-performing posts — plus what we’re changing the following month based on what worked. You’ll always know what we’re doing and why.
Everything in your chosen package is included — content creation, scheduling, captions, hashtags and edits. The only extra would be paid ad spend if you want us to run promoted posts, and we’ll always agree budgets with you upfront. No hidden fees.
