World Appeal is a UK-registered charity working on food relief, clean water, education and emergency aid in some of the world’s most under-served regions. We delivered a complete website revamp and connected the donation flow directly into their CRM so every donor and gift is recorded automatically. We now also run their ongoing digital marketing — producing content and managing five social media platforms day to day.
Donors give to charities they trust, and that trust starts with the website. World Appeal needed a digital home that did justice to the depth of their work on the ground — food parcels, water pumps, Qurbani, education, emergency relief — while making it effortless for a first-time visitor to understand the cause and donate in seconds.
The previous site struggled on three fronts: the design didn’t reflect the scale of the charity’s impact, donations weren’t flowing cleanly into the CRM, and there was no consistent rhythm of content reaching supporters between campaigns.
We rebuilt the site around the way World Appeal’s campaigns actually run: seasonal appeals (Qurbani, Ramadan), permanent causes (food relief, clean water, education, emergency aid) and live project updates from partner countries. Each donation route was wired directly into their CRM so donor details and gift information are captured the moment a donation is made — no spreadsheets, no re-keying, no lost records.
